(4) Service Fee Payment[1st Payment ]{Tenant}First,the tenant pays the service fee to HomeInZagreb. This payment confirms the tenant’s intention to proceed and covers the booking service.Complete Service Fee Payment
(5) Deposit Payment[2nd Payment ]{Tenant}After the service fee is completed, the tenant receives instructions for the second payment, the deposit.Complete Deposit Payment
