If you host a party or group gathering, you are breaking the contract. The landlord has the right to:

terminate the tenancy with a short notice period (usually 7 days), and

keep your full security deposit as compensation.
On top of that, you may have to pay for:

any damage in the apartment or building,

extra cleaning,
-
fines or costs caused by your behavior.
HomeInZagreb cannot “protect” you from these consequences – they come directly from your agreement with the landlord and from Croatian law.
