If I am unhappy with something in the apartment, can I complain to HomeInZagreb?

Yes. If something feels wrong:

  • Inform the landlord about the issue (in writing when possible), and

  • Contact HomeInZagreb so we can help you:

    • describe the problem clearly,

    • document it with photos if necessary,

    • communicate constructively with the landlord,

    • understand what is and isn’t covered by your contract.

However, it’s important to understand:

  • HomeInZagreb cannot be held responsible for structural issues, landlord’s furniture choices, local internet performance, or provider delays.

  • We act as a mediator and support, not as the owner.
