Overnight guests are very limited:
- The Tenancy Agreement requires you to inform the landlord about anyone who stays longer than 24 hours or uses the property for overnight stays.
- Repeated or frequent, unreported overnight guests can be treated as unauthorized occupants and a breach of contract.
And remember: an overnight stay after a loud party is still part of the same problem – if there was a party or disturbance, it is already a violation.
