Tenants/Cancellation
Can HomeInZagreb find a replacement tenant for me if I want to leave early?

HomeInZagreb can try to help, but there is no guarantee that:

  • a suitable replacement will be found, or

  • that they will accept the same conditions and dates.

Until a new tenant is fully approved and signs the necessary agreements, you and any co-tenants remain responsible for:

  • rent,

  • utilities, and

  • other obligations under the original contract.

Leaving early is your own decision, so the responsibility remains with you unless the landlord formally releases you in writing.
